- 2 oz del maguey chichicapa mezcal
- 1 oz george t. stagg bourbon
- ½ oz cointreau
- scrappy’s chocolate bitters (5 or 6 shakes)
- orange flower water rinse
- cherry garnish
rinse the inside of a cocktail glass with orange blossom water, and pour off the excess. mix, stir with ice, strain and serve. add a cherry for garnish.
