- 2 oz High West Silver oat whiskey
- ½ oz Aperol
- ¼ oz real maple syrup
- ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- a few dashes of cinnamon
- orange twist
assemble everything but the ice in a shaker. vigorously dry shake for at least 30 seconds, add the ice and whiskey, shake again & serve.

Oh I love the maple and the whiskey! Sounds like a great cocktail.
